Hi Chiada,

I've been part of Pace's Subto for a year now and it has been an amazing and life changing opportunity for me since I've been part of the Subto community! I purchased a property using creative financing earlier this year with terms that are win-win between myself and the Seller. I have also expanded my business to expand to areas outside of real estate thanks to Subto. Furthermore, I'm expanding my learning and have expanded opportunities to make offers in purchasing commercial real estate and businesses as a result of Subto. I would not have been able to do these amazing things because of Pace, Subto, and the Subto Community.
