Hi Josh,

I have 3 duplexes in Lawton, since just before the market crash in 2008; therefore, purchased overpriced.

I am finally generating income from them, I am performing most of the maintenance on my own. I contract out what is not feasible for me thru my property manager. So far, I don't work in other properties except my own.

I am retired military finishing second bachelors in accounting and a major in finance At Cameron University at Lawton.

I may or may not have the answer to your questions, but I would try if you write them to me.

I am not an expert; but due to the licensing requirements, unless the title company has licenses in on both states you will end up looking for one here.
