@Chris Sweeney What would you suggest? Im looking at gobigyellowletter.com. I don't know all the details yet but they are advertising $0.77 per, for everything. They print the letter and envelope and supply the stamp. Im supplying the list. The letter and envelope will be printed in a handwriting font. I am having issues with the site not being too user friendly, I'm still open to something else.

I have a masters degree in mechanical engineering and a job as a mechanical design engineer, so physics and calculus are my job.

I am starting a direct mail campaign. I started with a list of owners, mailing addresses and property addresses in excel. I then created a word doc with the mail merge to have the same return address on every sheet and a different mailing address on every sheet. I have 350 properties on my list and I am using a font that looks like handwriting. I would like to print these on A2 invitation envelopes that are 4.375" X 5.75". I have my doc formatted for this size. I cannot find anyone to print these for me. I talked to the Fedex store, OfficeMax, and Office Depot. And chatted with someone from Vistaprint. They all say their printers are not suited for envelopes and will jam. Does anyone have any suggestions? My printer is old and would not work well, or else I would try that. I am in the process of trying to find something else online. Thank you.

Does anyone know how that "address correction requested" works? Do I just write it on the envelope? And how do they notify me?

I found the llc that is listed as the tax address provides real estate tax service. Should I still mail to that address? What does this say about the property?

Yeah I'm going to send a letter to the tax address. Is there anything else I should look for as a potential wholesale deal?

I've seen a property in a nearby neighborhood that may be vacant. I looked it up on the county website and it was sold in 2006 for $140k. And now the county website says assessment is $100k and market value is $120k. I also found through google that it may have been foreclosed in 08. The county website has a tax mailing address and an owners address. The owner address is the property's address and the tax mailing address is an out of state llc. Does anyone have a suggestion for what I should do? I am thinking of wholesaling, but I don't know what To do.

I'd like to find a list of addresses in a neighborhood that are zoned for multi unit. Then I can try to determine the current status of properties.
