@Manu Ramos After 20 years of owning and operating two Bed and Breakfasts I found myself in a position of needing to find a job with very few transferable workforce skills. I ended up finding a position as a Direct Support Worker at a group home on third shift. The job has been ideal for several reasons. Many of the positions only require a high school degree. They will train you for everything you need to know. At the jobs I have worked I have had much, if not most of the shift to myself to focus on my real estate, or reading books, or learning, yes there’s some work too but at my current job I have about 8.5 hours of my 10 hour shift to do whatever I want. Then if I need to do real estate things during business hours I can, and I sleep around those tasks and my night shift. Also the pay is usually pretty competitive especially considering how little work you actually have to do.

So I’d find a job you just don’t hate to help support the real estate for at least the first 3-4 years. That’s the amount of time it’s taken me to get to Level 1 Financial Freedom where my passive income is paying my bills.

Or if you just don't want a job ever you'll need to find seller financed properties and use your $50,000 as reserves or for light rehabs until you can roll them into DSCR loans eventually and get some cash back out through refinancing them to do the next deal because eventually the $50,000 is going to not be enough.
