Hi, Ali,

Are the prices going up in Atlanta, over saturated with investors?  Is that the primary reason you would not buy in Atlanta to much anymore?   I am from San Jose California and I am looking for somewhere other than California to invest in.

thank you Karyn. I think I'm going to go with the online class.  It makes more sense and I too study better on my own.

I appreciate your help

Thanks Stuart, that makes sense. Giving my busy full time work schedule I would have to agree that online will be the better option.

Can you recommend a good online real estate license course?

Thank you so much

HI John

I would like to learn and gain knowledge and also be able to find my own deals and yes save on commissions.  Also just to network with other agents and learn from them and then be able to help them.

BP, I have a question regarding real estate license.  Would it benefit me to get my real estate license and if so should I get in from my community college or online?

Thank You

Jesse,

Can you tell me which online real estate course you are using and would you recommend it.  I think online will work the best for me.

Thanks

Manuel

Hey Jesse, thank you for the response.  You do seem like a busy family man.  I too am a busy family man and very busy with work ( working lots of OT).  I think that you make sense with the ability to to jump on the modules on my time.

My job does have strange work hours, and days off, so I do think the online courses may work better for me.

I, attended SJSU and received a Bachelors degree in Business marketing.  So I understand the college style of learning.  I have never taken online courses, but after reading your post I feel more comfortable .

Thank You

Hello, and welcome Jessica.  I am from The San Francisco bay area.  However I have heard on a couple of podcast shows that Wisconsin is a good place for buy and hold real estate.  I would like to learn more about Wisconsin and I can tell you about the bay area.

Thank you

Manuel
