Hello, Fairly new to the space, Any who, I decided wholesaling is where I’m knocking down the door first. Any Investors looking in Southern California. @Tom S. I’m located in Ventura County, but the closest location I can use on the forum is Santa Barbara County, Even seeing that is so, Im the only one representing the both of them it looks like.

Short-term rentals and long-term rentals are a big play here and maybe fix and flip. I understand the inventory pricing is a bit high

Is There Something wrong within the area I live in? I understand its a rental populated area, more a pass-through kind of county. Nice area for the most part, Less than 40 mins away from the beach ath most and bordering LA counties on the Coast of the 101 freeway and The 1 which leads straight to malibu and santa monica
