hello everyone my name is manuel Rodriguez , I am currently a virtual wholesaler and I came across a great deal in Arizona but the agent told me  she can't my assigment and sales agreement contract because her broker insurance doesn't cover that type of contract I would appreciate any help and would be more than happy to partner up to make this deal work 

hey, Andy thank you for your reply I really appreciate all your input, I understand that wholesalers have made a bad name for themselves for their lack of knowledge and wasting the time of sellers but in my case, I do have experience working with sellers, investors, real estate agents, and wholesalers in a couple of major markets and I have educated myself to provide a repair estimated and ARV by reading Bigger pockets books and analyzing countless properties on the market, I also work with a team that assists me with finding deals analyzing deals and calling homeowners and agents. I understand your concerns about wholesaling being advertised as getting rich fast but I don't look at wholesaling that way for me as a way to give back to the USA by helping people sell their properties and move on with their lives. On another note, I see you are based in Wikes-barre I use to live in Dunmore , PA for a couple months Is like a 30 minute drive to get to Wikes-barre from dunmore.
