Thank you for the welcome John. I know Cypress pretty well. I worked in Willowbrook for a couple of years, and have several friends over in the Cypress/Tomball area. That area has exploded over the last 20 years. Must have been a good time to be in real estate over there. What type of investing are you involved in? 

Hello everyone, I am a new member from New Caney, TX, which is suburb on the Northside of Houston. I am just starting out and am in the education phase, trying to figure out the best way to jump in to real estate investing. My brother-in-law turned me on to the Podcasts and site. I have been working my way through the Podcasts for the last month or so on my commute (about 45 shows in) and decided it was time for me to join and see what it's all about. Looking forward to learning from the wealth of knowledge here and connecting with other members.
