Hello Everyone, 

I am in Oklahoma City, I adding rooms and windows to a rental property for Section 8.  Does anyone know: 

1. What are the size requirements for Doors and windows? 

2. Are the Section 8 Requirements rules by federal guidelines or by each individual state? What and where are they for I can take a look?

It is a good place, but like many other places, prices are at a market high, which could affect the amount of profit from renting.

At the same time, the rental market is doing well.

Other surrounding areas as also an alternative option.

I am interested in Transfering a rental property into a Trust. I believe a Title company can help me do that. Thank You In advance.
