Londyn it looks like you are in the position I’m in now. I have a seller as well and I’m concerned about my conversations with both the buyer and the seller. It receives well from webinars but now putting into action is stirring up all sorts of questions and “oh wait a minutes”. Hello,

my name is Maryanne Rodriguez Johnson. Friends call me Manny. I am new obviously to Bigger Pockets. I am also new to real estate. My husband James and I are interested in wholesale. I am also interested in learning as much as I can in real estate investing. My husband and I are Army retired/combat veterans and are eager to put every critical thinking and strategic skill to use. I travel between three states often, VA, NC, and SC for family. I am trying to learn the market in each of the states so far. I look forward to networking within the real estate community.
