Hey @Ceril S. Thanks! My new property is actually in Haledon, but i am very familiar with the whole surrounding area as i grew up in Paterson. Like i mentioned in my initial post, my first deal was a duplex using conventional financing and its turned out great. Good luck with yours!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Manny and i'm new here. It's my first time being a part of a forum, but i'm excited to participate and learn as much as i can from everyone here.

I purchased my first investment home this year, a duplex, and have since fallen in love with real estate investing. I am a project accountant for a construction management company, but ultimately i want to be a real estate investor. My goal is to share whatever knowledge i may have (though it may be limited now), and to learn and absorb as much as i can from the people who i aspire to be like one day.
