If im an agent and Im wholesaling, do I need to pay my broker? I know we're going through a title company to close but what does my broker have to do with it? it's an RE sale but I'm assigning it to the buyer. they are closing on it. help please 

Do I need to disclose I am an agent if I am wholesaling properties to buy and sell to investors?

conflict of interest because wholesaler is lowballing them when they could possibly get more for their house from another buyer?

Can a real estate listing agent, that has a property listed with the owner, wholesale the property while it's listed on the MLS and assign it to an end buyer? If no other offers are coming in or the seller doesn't like the offers etc.
