Thanks @Reba Marabotto. I will be reaching out to you if we end up buying property here. How much of a rent can we expect from a 3 bed room newly constructed gated townhouse with Solar and all other amenities would be?

Thanks @Michael Cunningham. Agreed. How would you think appreciation on a newly constructed property will be? And where shall I be looking for cash flowing/ or break even properties in SoCal.

Zovest.com claims to invest in growin GB markets and help generate cash flows for investors. Does anyone have any experience/feedback for them, or alternates where you can invest and earn passively?

Which areas in SoCal can I invest in either for appreciation, or rental or both?

I am a newbie and looking for some recommendations.

@Sharad M. Thanks for the input. Will explore the area.
@Peter Ledger - will do. Thanks for your help 😊
@Peter Ledger - that’s correct. Southern California is expensive. Thanks a lot for your input 😊
Hello, I am based out of San Diego and getting into real estate investments. I am looking at building my portfolio in rental properties. I am thinking of buying properties in the range of 50k - 70k. Which areas around San Diego will be good areas for me to start looking at that provide positive cash flow? Any inputs and guidance is very much appreciated Thanks, Manav
