Don't have a degree but my education is in business. I have a lot of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, owned and operated my marketing business basically all the essential components to get in this field of real estate. Now I want to get a entry level job so I can learn the ropes and just be in that environment so I can move forward in life and eventually start my own real estate business. Need to crawl before I run sort of thing. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Great point. I was getting my license around the time where the bubble popped and real estate went to the ground. Well here's what I'm planning on doing. I currently work in a restaurant making 60k a year. I have the cash to get started in real estate investing and currently purchasing my own property in the next few months. Now I can continue working part time at the restaurant but what I want to do is get a full time 9-5 in any area of real estate that I can find. The purpose obviously is to learn and just be in the environment of real estate period. With that being said what are your thoughts and career choices that can help me get to where I need to go anything you can think of would be extremely helpful so eventually I can build my own company and keep it moving. Thanks a bunch or replies really helpful talking to like minded people.

Im looking to work for an investment firm or real estate company. Any entry level jobs that you might know of or ideas will be helpful. Thanks a lot!!

Hey guys I'm currently a server in a great restaurant making good money but I love real estate I'm investing as we speak and would really love a job in the field so I can learn the business a lot better so I can start my own business. Any ideas or jobs that I can apply for whether it be part time or full time??

Ok yea your absolutely right. Around my area which is jersey city it is cheaper to own than to rent plus I ll get the tax breaks which will help me reinvest later on. I'm reading a lot and asking many questions because I am shaking in my boots lol just don't want to make mistakes well I want to at least minimize them . So im currently looking for mutli family units so I can cover my mortgage at the very least so I can keep it moving for my investing. What do you guys think maybe your words of wisdom will make me realize things??? I am currently working with a realtor who owns and invests in real estate. I wont accept anything less because in my mind how can a realtor help me if they don't invest nor own their own property so I thank kiyosaki for that one :-).

thanks for the replies wow this site really help a lot. Now I apologize for not being specific I'm learning just by this conversation I need to be detailed oriented with real estate lol. thanks for opening my eyes to that. Well I'm looking for a property to for my mom dad and i to live in and also rent. My goal is to buy the property and have the mortgage covered without me putting one cent for the mortgage I understand I will have expenses. Im pre approved for 250k conventional loan that I only need to put 3.5% down. Now with that being said what should I be looking for in this situation and how would I find out if its a good deal or not ????

Hey guys new to this whole thing. Im ready and able to purchase my first property im approved for 250k and just wondering if I should buy my house through a wholesaler or with a realto
