Thanks @Ned Carey I have realized after meeting many people for lunch and coffee that In order for us to be really successful it takes focus. Just pick one area of real estate you want to learn and master. Do that for a while. Learn the ins and outs. Then move on to the next item in REI. Don't try to do everything all at once. Tyoically you will try and do five things but not really do any of them really well. When I started out i wanted to learn and do everything. I now realize that was not a great approach. Everything comes in due time like the good Lord Wills.
