Dear guru,

I'm about to make the first real estate investment. I can get a small studio with a tenant in SF Bay area.  Rent is 7% of its value. After property tax and condo fee I have about 4% left. Is this worth it?

I just sold my apartment overseas and now want to re-invest in SF Bay Area, rental properties. Any advice for best return on investment? This is mostly for retirement.
