@Chris Seveney I may have misspoke, I believe they were featured as a good option for Veterans. @Joseph Coleman yes BP suggestions are usually amazing so I hope this issue can be easily resolved. Thanks for reaching out.

Thanks Chris, we sent that request out a few days ago and are still waiting for response. It's unfortunate because it's a BiggerPockets recommendation @Joseph Coleman

Hey guys, I've been investing in real estate for 10 years using different lenders but have never experienced the issue I am having right now. I am working on closing a sale of one of my properties which is being held up because I am being ghosted by Trophy Point. I had initially reached out to Trophy Point for funds to help acquire the deal. I paid the loan off in full earlier this year and am now under contract to sell, with the closing date upon us. Trophy Point never filed the Release of Mortgage with my local land records and this is now obviously getting in the way of closing. My attorney and I have been reaching out for a while now but have not received any response. What would you do in this situation, is there some course of action to take other than just waiting for them to answer (which at this point I am not even sure if the lights are still on or they're just ignoring us)

Thanks for the help!!

Thanks, I'll reach out!

Thanks, understood. Also that makes sense as the better option. Thank you for the resources! We will give it a try

Thank you for this information, I am assuming by non-conventional you mean hard money, bridge loan, etc. I will bring it to the buyer's representation.

I am in the middle of a transaction where I am selling my condo, however I just found out our complex's insurance had changed recently and does not cover 100% of replacement costs due to a recent claim (last year). The buyer's lender requires this so we are at a standstill and I am worried about losing the buyer and having a hard time after if this is not fixed. Please refer to anyone that may have an insurance contact that may be able to help! :)
