@Tim Gordon I would love to have a roommate but I have a small child. Not ideal for most parties. I’ve studied Dave Ramsey and have an allocated spending plan. I could be more frugal with it, yes, but I’m familiar with it. I basically just want to know if it’s possible. I obviously plan to save.

@Eric Adobo easily as a travel RN. I have a small child and am a single parent. I did it for a bit but had to stop due to circumstances. I can make that now if I work 4 12 hour shifts a week and thats hard days. Not ideal and don’t intend to kill myself making $100k, hence why I’m here.

@Filak Thomas depends. Background and credit play a big role to me. Others have access to means and some don’t. I’ve come from a background where none of that was possible and am a career focused individual. I’m a Registered Nurse and that just doesn’t bring in enough for me to have a huge savings

@Nicole A. Yeah I keep telling myself to save. It still will take me a while to even be able to save up enough to make any major moves though is my issue

@Rotchil Noel I just can’t find myself to cold call. Minimal money to direct mail. I see people who work hard kill the wholesaling game. But I can’t seem to get into trying to cold call.

I basically am starting out with zero dollars. I’ve been educating myself and was trying to tackle the aspect as a wholesaler but I’m just not sure it’s for me. I have excellent credit. My ultimate goal is to buy and rehab properties. I have made connections along the way with investors, contractors, etc. I’m just stuck on how to get access to a big lump sum to start me out. One access I found to a private lender required $15k in the bank before loaning out money, which I don’t have. Are there ways to obtain loans without a dime?
