@Ali Samee I self manage my duplex and SFH and have always posted on Zillow, which then posts to Trulia and Hotpads. I have always gotten a good response with these.

I self manage my 3 units (duplex & SFH) and I am a member of Rental Housing Assoc of Sac Valley (rha.org). What's really great is that you can call and ask questions and get all kinds of info/classes you might need. Thru RHA you can get all the forms needed and get set up to run credit applications with Credit Bureau Assoc (cbacredit.com).
