Yes Inasked to soeak to their owners but the owners are not responding she is the head of her branch and not backing down. Not my escrow the sellers escrow. Yeah I'll never be using them again. Just sucks I can't even fight it and she gets to hold my deposit.

Hello,

I cancelled escrow within the 7 day contingency period and the escrow company is charging me 400 Cancellation fee. They never told me about this fee and won't release my deposit until I sign the release form woth deducts the 400 from mt deposit. I've cancelled escrows before and this has never happened to me. What can I do?
