Hello -

Just passed my real estate exam last week… and I am looking for a managing broker that would potentially be interested in sponsoring me. I work in healthcare real estate (skilled nursing industry). Please let me know if interested and we can get a call scheduled.

I am curious to learn about other people's opinions and experiences with investing in apartment complexes in West Chicago.    I feel like the location is desirable and it is experiencing plenty of construction and development. Of course that doesn't necessarily make it a good investment, but just wanted to hear what other people think before I look into it any further.

- Also who should I focus on building a strong relationship with. I am currently an accounting intern at a hospital in Chicago, but should I focus on practitioner groups, medical contractors, etc.?

Hey, I know I'm a little late to this but I had a couple questions relating to this thread. I'm interested in combining retail and healthcare. I am seeking any advice I can get about how I can begin implementing my strategy. If this is what I want to do once I finish college what could I do to begin preparing myself besides networking and continuing to learn. Any strategies for acquiring capital? What would be the best way for me to prepare myself for when I graduate in 3 years?
