Hello everyone, I am a newcomer to the realm of real estate investing and have set my sights on making a notable impact in the small-large multifamily property sector. I am seeking to assemble a team of professionals who can provide valuable guidance as I embark on this journey. Currently based in New York, I am eager to establish connections with accomplished investors who have thrived in the same market that I am venturing into. While I have devised a strategic plan, I recognize the importance of assistance to execute it successfully.

Thank you both for replying quickly. I have started "how to invest in real estate, the ultimate beginners guide to getting started" by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner and plan on reading others based on my niche. I have the time to attend any of the local meetups, i'm just not sure where to find them in New York.
