Newbie here, just sold my house and now looking to move my family and I closer to the east coast. Currently living in Houston Tx now. My wife and I are both military, my credit is about 740 and hers is about 650. We would love any advice or recommendation on a lender that is pretty savvy when it comes to using a Va loan and multifamily. Thanks in advance!

@Kyle J. Okay that’s understandable, and makes sense. I should’ve know but I really appreciate the response. Thanks

I am taking my first step in real estate and I want to get pre approved for a loan, so should I tell the lender I want a loan for an investment property/rental?
