Thank you Ali.  
I will look into the actual procedures of how to analyze deals and keep a detailed log.  It will be enlightening to look back a year from now and see how much sharper I've become at the process.

I have worked in the retail industry and service industry for 12 years. I am looking to transition into the real estate industry.

I am what you would consider a novice in this field. I attended a 3 day workshop with Than Merrill's Fortune Builders to get the ball rolling.

I would like to focus on wholesaling and rehabbing residential properties.

My 10 year goal is to own a few apartment buildings and have residual income.

I am at the point now where i do not know what to do next.
