Hello there @Harry Metzinger its a pleasure to be apart of this great network! Yes I do have a sweet deal under contract as of right now that I will be flipping this summer/fall. It's a super sweet deal in Cherry Hill that I will be closing on at the end of this month with a great profit spread that I would be gladly to split with a private investor or gap funder. If you or any other fellow investors that you know will be interested in working this area I will be gladly to provide the information needed to get this deal going and perhaps do future business together also!

Hello everyone my name is Malcolm Jenkins I am currently a real estate investor out of southern New Jersey.
