That's great to hear @Beverly Fast Sinclair !  As my wife and I have begun doing research in the area we have picked up that it's great for cash flow properties, which is exactly where we want to be!

My name is Malachi Dodge, I am a recent college graduate working as a financial planner.  My wife and I are highly interested in real estate, we are thinking our first purchase will be a duplex or triplex in the Indianapolis area.  We are interested in house hacking, buy and hold and flipping. 

I'm actively looking for experienced investors in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis to meet and network with.  I love coffee and conversation!  I tend to be in both cities fairly frequently.
