Hi spencer congratulations on your fist mailer I just sent my first mailer out and also received my first and second call back unfortunately they were both angry callers but I know I got to get used to it. cant have the good without the bad at any rate good luck and get ready.

when looking to get a eviction list would I be able to get it from the clerk or do I have to sit in on the court proceedings
