I've been targeted by three similar companies who promise exclusivity in my market area and to send leads directly to my email, only to contact the "lead" and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

Hi! I'm newly licensed in NC, and as such have been receiving quite a bit of solicitation from "lead generation" companies and apps. Because I am just starting out, I'm having a hard time deciphering between legitimate and "scam" companies and have already been burned once.

Thoughts or insights on these companies? Are any of them legit?
