Im in the UK and have already made steps to become a wholesaler virtually. Is there any restrictions with me assigning property because i am not a US citizen and will i need an LLC or can i use the british equivalent LTD for business...?

I'm in talks with a motivated seller who would like to exchange contracts with me via a quit claim deed. Is it a safe bet and will i be in control of the property??
