Hi Everyone,

We are about to have a rental property available in Mcgregor TX and looking for a good property manager. We plan to expand to 3 or 4 SFH homes in the next 18 months there.

HI Beth and Ben.  Just thought I would say Hi Back.  I'm new to investing too.  Just finished our first flip.  My wife and I are on this journey to.

I don't have a ton of knowledge but happy to share anything I know.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Welcome Ulises,  I’m new as well.  I started my journey a few months ago.

hope all is well with you.

Hi @Paul Moore,  I guess my biggest unknow would be how to raise the capital for the larger properties.  We have considered apartments and storage units.  IF you don't mind can you elaborate on why you feel commercial is the way to go?

I am interested to learn as much as I can.  I'm not sure I even know what "passive investment RE strategies" means.

I’m major and looking to start investing in real estate.  We are currently working to flip homes to build capital to invest in multifamily properties.
