Hey Jon, I'm pretty sure I drove out to see this house yesterday. Overall the house looked like it would be a good flip but for the area I don't see you getting the $160 on Zillow, I agree this is definitely a ballpark. I did see a lot of new subdivisions that have gone up in the area so that was most likely driving up the price. I also wasn't a huge fan of the landscaping business that is being run right behind the house.
