Hey fellow hosts,

I’ve had many frustrating experiences where my reviews were not as good as I wanted because of the cleaning of the property. I have 2 cleaners that work with me and over the last year I’ve discovered a few key strategies that have made all the difference and I wanted to share them with you!

First and foremost, I’ve created a comprehensive checklist that outlines every task involved in a thorough cleaning. This checklist serves as a roadmap for my cleaners, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

Additionally, I use a software for tracking and managing my cleaners’ tasks, allowing me to monitor their progress and address any issues promptly.

To further enhance the quality control process, I’ve instructed my cleaners to upload images while on-site, allowing me to visually see their work and identify any areas that require attention.

Consistent cleanliness has not only translated into positive reviews but also increased booking rates, making my earnings higher!

I would love to read some advice from more experienced hosts!
