I am currently in a somewhat same situation as mentioned above. As I am also relatively new to property management, could you be kind enough to guide me on how to I find PM's looking to hire remotely. I have worked as a Co-Host on Airbnb and yes I know, cohosting and property management are two different things. But once i get the knack of how PM works, it would be easier for me to expand my horizons in this market.

Hi, I am new to property management work. I have been a Co-Host for a Client on Airbnb remotely. I managed the property profile by optimizing for enhanced visibility. I have also managed the day-to-day operations which involved me ensuring all amenities were stocked, coordination with the cleaning staff, and handling communication with challenging guests.

My Remote work skills have proven me to be a great asset for my property owner who was not much involved in running their airbnb rental but was well-informed by me. 

Now I am currently seeking to advance my career as a remote property manager and am very interested in the opportunity to contribute to your team. To facilitate an informed decision regarding my suitability for the role, I would like to propose starting with a trial period which would allow you to evaluate my performance and see firsthand how effectively I manage properties remotely.
