Quote from @Bryant Brislin:

Cold calling is always the best way, but it can take awhile to find a motivated seller.  So realize that if you are cold calling full time (40 hrs+/week) it may take many weeks to find one.  Make sure you team up with someone who knows what they are doing so that you don't waste a seller's time and screw up their life, which I see many newbie seller's do who are just trying to make a quick buck, without really knowing how a transaction works.  But if you can find a motivated seller to just put their hand up, then that's great, and from there you can work with a veteran.

Great stuff thank you! Ill see if I cant find someone on here to reach out for guidance when I get some momentum.

Hello I’m new to this site and I get the jist of wholesaling. I’d like to get my foot in the door, but don’t know where to start. Do I start cold calling now, or driving around, running ads? My budget is slim but I’d like to learn. Thanks
