Thank you Chris. Total agree with what you said and I do that for all my LPs when they ask.

This situation is unique. I have two sibling LPs and each of them want to keep their private life. So I do not want to show all the LPs % ownership to respect their privacy. 

My membership % interest as a GP and each individual LP know exactly what is theirs % ownership from the capital call.

Do all LPs need to see the final Cap Table in Exhibit-A of the OA.

In other words do all LPs need to see who are the other LPs and their % of ownership on the deal
