 Welcome to BP Adam

I just signed up for Pro last week. I have been on the site for almost 6 months. I have already  learned much more than I could have if I would have spent the cost of pro somewhere else, and I have barely used any of the pot benefits yet. It's well worth it to me, to help support a site that offers so much.

Is there a lease that states when a landlord can enter the home?

Howdy John

I just listened to podcast 109 and it deals with asset protection and forming LLCs. You may want to listen to it, I thought it was very helpful. I'm sure you will get many replies with more helpful advice from more experienced investors than me. Good luck

I see a lot of people mention foundation issues in Texas like they are a common thing. I am in Lubbock and see commercials on tv about companies that repair foundations as well. I have never experienced it myself but I've only lived here for 15 years.

Im new to REI and doing walk throughs and was wondering, are there any signs to look for that would lead me to think there is an issue with a foundation?

I am about to attend my first REIA meeting in Lubbock. I am looking forward to it. I dont see how it can be a scam if all you have to lose is a couple of hours time. But that couple of hours could transition into a great deal more. The meeting I am attending states up front if products will be sold at it or not, so it makes me think at least they are up front and honest about things. I dont have a problem with that. Someone has to pay for the event right?
