Post: What To Do When Owner Dies And In Foreclosure?

Any suggestions on what to do when the owner dies, with no will? House is in owner's name and not in probate yet. The husband can't afford a probate attorney. Is there a way for him to get the deed or the ability to convey the deed? Or does he have to let it go to probate and miss the foreclosure auction?
