Alot of names are LLC and Properties and realtors in them that is related to real estate which is good for the search engines if you have a website.

Maybe he wants to sell the business after a year for 50000 which for a car wash is a very realistic whole number. however i have a question.

How much do you think the car wash would need to make a month to get to that 50k?
