Yep agree with Rhondalette here, I know cash will burn in your pocket, but let them for a while.

I am personally taking money out of the stocks I have at the moment, as I'm certain we will see another crash at some point within the next 18-24 months.

The great thing about real estate is there's always month to be made. The key things is figuring out what you are looking for an then make sure you dont buy before you find such a deal, so get educated on particularly getting the financial aspect of investments right.

Hello guys,

My name is Mads, originally from Denmark, but lived most of my life in Ireland and the UK.
I have a background working in Outsourcing Management with IBM.

The last couple of years I lived have lived in the Philippines, where I run an outsourcing company specifically for the Real Estate Industry, where most of our customers get help with Lead generation, customer service (aka pick up the phone, emails and the likes), property posting and a bunch of other things.
This have been extremely valuable for me as well, as I have got to see how a lot of people execute a lot of different strategies and it have certainly helped move my investments forward as well.

Personally I primarily focus on Rental properties and besides BP I also love InvestFourMore, where Mark have a lot of focus on rental properties.

I currently have a couple of single flats, (nothing fancy!) in the UK, a house in Denmark & currently rolling around with property here in the Philippines. Different from most people here my main focus is not US, but the methods, tips and tricks are pretty much the same in every place.

I have followed the waves in here, but I guess somewhat intimidated by the size of this forum and keeping track of everything, but I guess that's a question of priorities ;)

I love connecting, talking to and helping people, so if you ever wish to have a chat with someone about RE, Management or business in general, I'm always happy to chat, you can reach out on skype, where my username is "MadsSingers"

Look forward to get to know everyone here much better!

Post: Best locks for rental

I own a flat where i installed an electronic keypad lock which have worked amazing.

I had the place on AirBNB for a while as i struggled to find a good renter and it's was so amazingly easy. I'm not sure how these locks do outdoor's though.

Right now my biggest challenge is getting my first flat, rent to let into positive cashflow - as it was my first investment back in 2012, my later properties are doing well, but I didn't know the 50/50 rule and so have had very little success with my first flat. I have more or less managed to get it into positive cash flow last year, but I want to increase that further.

I turned the flat into an "all inclusive" meaning i pay all cost such as electricity and the likes, which made it go up along with putting a new kitchen in.

Hi Robert,

I recommend using a Google voice number - The benefit is you can connect it to as many phones as you want, so if you have more then one person picking up phones it can be very beneficial.

We use it with most of our outsourcing clients, so when phone calls comes in, they can either answer it themselves or let the Virtual Assistant do it for them.

Ohh and it's FREE...

I'm happy to give you a free walk through if you would like, just give me a shout.

Hey guys,

Great to finally be on the forum - I have been a silent reader for a while.

I first read Rich Dad, Poor Dad in my early 20's and have been hooked on property since then (Cashflow is also an awesome boardgame!).
I'm from Denmark, but live in Ireland and the UK since I was 18 and I currently own property in the UK & the Philippines that I'm renting out.
I know this forum is very US Based, but I still pick up a ton of great tips and tricks.

Besides my Real Estate Investments I work with outsourcing for Real Estate Industry companies. This means I have a very good understanding of particularly online marketing, lead generation and customers service, so any questions in those area's I'm always happy to help, so don't hesitate to reach out.

Look forward to engage more! ;)
