Post: $10M into $20M

I'm reading everyone's points. Perhaps I should've been more clear and specific on details. Use the following:

$6M in stocks

$2M residence

$2M Savings

Don't want to say a number completely unachievable. Let's say I want to turn this into $30-40 million in the next 20 years, without liquidating everything, is there a way to leverage these assets to reach that goal?

I completely understand preservation of capital is key with this much money so I would never take a risk I couldn't swallow. Any thoughts? Achievable not achievable?

What are some actionable steps if so? Anyone specialize in aiding high net worth individuals to exponentially increase their worth using real estate? Grateful for any advice/connections anyone can pass along.

Thanks.

Let's say "someone" has access to $7-10million in investable assets.

How would you go about investing this strategically to reach $20M in 5-10 years?

Thanks.

CPA prices can vary obviously on who you are dealing with and size of the firm. It would be recommended to ask for a consultation and shop around before making a decision.
