@Victor R Flores what was his reason?

I thought I linked the video.
Video:

It was a disagreement between him and Bigger Pockets. I didn't understand it but he said he "backs the little guy." So he had to walk away from bigger pockets. It was on estateai2650 youtube.

Quote from @Taylor L.:

He very nearly had a stroke in October: link to his IG post

He seems to be doing well now.

This was tragic but not the reason he stepped away from Bigger Pockets, according to him.

My wife and I (From California) are approaching a real estate agent in Oklahoma now to purchase property. The numbers on paper look good. This would be our first investment property outside of our House Hacked Primary residence. If this works we would probably do more properties in Oklahoma, and having a proof of concept would help separate our Friends/Coworkers/Family from their cash to invest with us. So crossing fingers. We have been cramming information in especially in the last couple of months.

Ill take any advice.

970 calls a day, reaching 72 people per day and getting one contract after a year, doesn't sound worth it.

That's 254 thousand calls and almost 19 thousand people talked to. Those numbers are not very encouraging.
