Hi Everyone

I'm Malcolm MacPhail and I've recently moved from Scotland to Colorado Springs to form a renovations and construction company with my brother-in-law. I've got an eclectic background (qualified electrical engineer, computing background in health services, data architect in financial services) but my long term passion has been property renovation - I like the hands-on work! Ultimately, we (my brother-and-law and me) would like to be able to purchase, renovate and sell-on properties using our own resources, but short term goal is to establish our company first.

I found BiggerPockets just by searching the internet looking for real estate networking opportunities. BP seemed to be a perfect fit!

I'd be delighted to hear from anyone in the community.

Malcolm
