I've been studying Real Estate investing on and off for 3 years now but tired of sitting on the sidelines while others make it happen!

I spoke with a title company who explained to me that they don't do double closing in Virginia. Is it just a limitation for that company or are they legally not able to do a double close here?

Hi, my name is Mac and i'm just starting out real estate investing. I have a few buyers on my radar right now and I'm interested in doing a few JV deals to get started. How do I go by establishing a JV contract and how to keep my buyers my own in a JV?
