So does that mean they don't actually have to take more money out of their pocket to trade up?

What exactly do you do when you "trade up" from multifamily homes to and apartment complex? I've read a bunch where people said they traded up and used the equity they had, does that mean they sell the multifamily homes and buy the apartment complex??

What are the actions of trading up?

Where does your profit come from when you buy a note? From what I understand, when you buy a note you are becoming the lender to the homeowner and then they must pay you their mortgage payments per month. Do you then pay the bank back with that money? If so, how do you make a profit off of these?

Thanks,

Thank you, but how do the wholesalers actually obtain the "right" that they then sell?

Thanks,

Mac

How does someone wholesaling not actually ever own the house or have to pay expenses? What is the difference between them buying it and me buying it?
