I thought the orginal post was about successfull investors who use DR not about Cash vs. leverage. I am new to this site is there a rule that you can't use all cash you have to use leverage or you can't be a part of BG. Every thread that starts this way goes this way.

Thanks everyone for the hellos. I have started reading the guide and listen to all the podcast I can while at work. Tim I will ignore your little tater comment and wish you the best of luck with the farm this year lol. Actual I can't be to mean about Tigers seeing as though I live 5 minutes from Campus and paying out a lot of money to the school as my wife is working on her nursing degree.

My name is Michael Brown I am from Pendleton SC which is about 30 minutes from Greenville. I am 31 years old married and have a 7 year old son. I am new to real estate. I started listening to bigger pockets podcast wanting to learn more.
