I'm a renewed member who just moved to Tucson, AZ. Explored BP a bit a few years ago while I was in Indiana, but now I'm ready to get serious, starting in my new hometown, Tucson. Oh, I'm originally from Australia, hence the G'day!

I'm in West Lafayette, but not experienced! We've just bought a personal house and will look to buy our first investment property in the next year. 

There is a local real estate investment group that meets every now an then - I am yet to get to one of their meetings, but I plan to go soon https://www.meetup.com/Lafayette-Landlords-Meetup/

I think the closest REIA group is in Indy.
