I aim to acquire a building valued at $1,100,000 in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. I possess $275,000 earmarked for business build-out, and I propose considering this amount as the down payment for the property. My credit score stands at 725.

As a disabled veteran, I receive additional income in conjunction with other revenue streams. Furthermore, I currently own three distinct pieces of real estate.

Please in box me if this is something you can do.

I have a rental thats a condo and I purchased it for $245,000.  My accountant wants to use 10% of the purchase price as a land value but the city tax records says I have zero land value.  I tried looking online at the IRS website but couldn't find a strait answer.  Can some one help me and let me know if we can fully depreciate the purchase price or we should make up a number for the land?

I have two commercial units that are in a mixed use business park complex.  The front of each unit is offices and the backs are large garage doors.  The value combined is around 345K I owe around 200K.  I would like to do a cash out refi 20 or 30 year loan.

Both units are fully rented out.  I can do a full doc loan.  Message me if you'r a lender or know of a lender.

I hate to sound like an echo, but has anyone used Atlas Financial LLC out of Miami? I'm looking to put an application in but want to make sure they are the real deal before handing over my social.

Is there an easier way to get access to the MLS or a software that works like the MLS? I've heard of Redbellre.com but no one has contacted me back from the site after i reached out to them.

I you have a sold contact at Redbellre.com or know of another site like it please let me know.

i’m interested in seeing where you get a list also.  Or would the only option be to scrub public records yourself?
