If you have a rental property and have the deed, and want to pull the money out by getting a mortgage. Will you still be able to get another mortgage for a personal property for you and your family to live in??

Also would it be better to get a LLC for the rental property? Would that make it easier for the first question?

Which is the best way to purchase a property. By buying a foreclosed home for a cheap amount or a property in good condition with a mortgage?

I took a line of credit for 25,000 and I need some advice.
