My credit scores are around 690 -700. I am looking to purchase my first home. Are there any mortgage loans that will allow me to include other personal debt into the loan?

Wait..I could see if I was a slum lord and had not done anything. But I sent out a HVAC person and paid. It just seems strange that she is still refusing to pay...and only mentioned this when the rent was due.

My tenant is refusing to pay rent because of a heat issue. Her rent was due on the 6th which is the same day I was informed of the heat issue. She has heat upstairs but the downstairs temperature will only go to 68 degrees. I had someone come yesterday for a repair and she claims that it still isnt hot enough. Do you aall have any advice? I really wish I can break the lease..which isn't up until July.

BY the way..I did file for an eviction..but I am sure she will use the heat issue against me.
