I have not looked in Quesnel, BC. Where are you from? I'm in Kamloops.  I'm not the best expert for knowing if it's good investing or not. I think everywhere has it's bonuses right now. If it's a good deal then it's worth it. But that said, I have not found any good deals yet. Either the houses are too damaged and not worth the repair, or they are priced too high for a return profit. I'm still looking, so it will be worth it.
